DESCRIPTION:Kentucky Math Interventionist Collegial Support- VIRTUAL - Lisa Riggs (2024-25) \n\n04/23/25 11:30 AM EST\n - 04/23/25 12:30 PM EST\Description:\n9/10/24: The KCM does not want to turn away any Kentucky Math Interventionists who want to participate in this professional learning event, so we have increased the registration cap from 100 to 125. Anyone who signed up on the wait list prior to this change will automatically be registered by the KCM as a participant in this Collegial Support Group for KY Math Interventionists. If you have any questions, please call the kcm at 859-572-7690.     \n\n\nKentucky Math Interventionist Collegial Support- VIRTUAL - Lisa Riggs (2024-25) \nThe KCM is proud to support Kentucky Math Interventionists! This online collegial learning and support opportunity is open to all Kentucky Kindergarten - 8th Grade math intervention teachers who want to grow as professionals and share their knowledge, successes and struggles with fellow math intervention teachers.   \n\nThis 2024-25 Collegial Support Group for Kentucky Math Interventionists includes the following: \n1. Seven one-hour monthly ZOOM meetings where participants can interact with fellow math interventionists and learn from KCM Regional Consultant Lisa Riggs and other special guest speakers.\n2.  A monthly newsletter filled with teacher tips and intervention resources will be emailed to all registered Kentucky math interventionists.  \n3.  Active participants will receive KCM Math Teacher Support Kits filled with books and manipulatives to support their intervention work.\n4. Because virtual is great but in-person is better, the KCM will hold a special, invitation-only meet and greet session for this group at the KCM Annual Math Conference in March 2025 (date and time TBD). \n\nCOST: FREE for Kentucky math interventionists. (You must work as a math interventionist in a KY school or school district to join this group.)   \nLOCATION: Virtual ZOOM meetings \nTIME: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm Eastern (which is 10:30 am - 11:30 am Central) \nDATES: 7 Select WEDNESDAYS September 2024 through April 2025 \n1.
