2023-24 FLOYD COUNTY DISTRICT SUPPORT
KCM Facilitator = Erron Prickett
This Grades 6-8 Training will have 26 participants per email from Heather Hackworth and Serena Anderson to Kelly DeLong on 1/9/23
Materials were taken to Floyd County by Erron and given on 2/20/23. Each participant received 2 Building Powerful Numeracy books, a number line base kit, and a number line Grades 6-8 card set. Unused materials were left at Floyd County Schools for those who were absent.
The sign-in sheet for Session 1 was lost by Floyd County Schools. We do not know who attended and how many teachers attended. Erron remembers it was a large group.
Session 1: Monday, February 20, 2023 - full day - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm with an hour lunch break.
Session 2: Friday, October 20, 2023 - 1/2 day. 8:30 - 11:30 am
Session 3:Friday, February 16, 2024 Changed to 2/23/24
- LOCATION = Floyd County Schools District Office, 442 KY Rt. 550, Eastern, KY
- CONTACT = Serena Anderson, Assistant Superintendent. Serena retired and new contact is Kathy Shepherd.
- COST = Serena Anderson was invoiced (non-member dues invoice #1711) for ALL the the Floyd County District Support Training (K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12); individual participants were not be invoiced. That invoice was paid in April 2023.
- DATES = This Training is a 3-part series. KCM will lead training session in February 2023, October 2023 (originally planned for Sept) and February 2024.
