This KCM Professional Learning Event was created to track Fluency Assessment Training provided by Jane Goatley.
Jane is a KyMTL (Kentucky Math Teacher Leader) and a Math Consultant with CKEC (Central Kentucky Educational Cooperative) and is providing Fluency Assessment Training to Kentucky teachers for the KCM.
After a teacher completes this training, they are to do a practice fluency assessment and give that to Jane to review. Once Jane receives that fluency assessment and determines the teacher is ready to have a Fluency Assessment Account with the KCM, Jane will email KCM Systems Analysts Pam Reichelderfer to create a Fluency Assessment Account for that teacher.
Please note, just because a teacher completes Fluency Assessment Training and receives attendance for that training, that does NOT mean they will receive a Fluency Assessment account from the KCM. After the training, the teacher must submit a fluency assessment they have done to Jane to be reviewed and approved. Only those teachers who have completed the Fluency Assessment Training, submitted a fluency assessment they have done to Jane, and whom Jane determines are ready for a Fluency Assessment Account, will be given one by the KCM.
