​AVMR 1 will meet during the Summer of 2023

  3. Monday, July 24, 2023 Principal Nikki Gearheart emailed Julie on 7/12/23: The district has scheduled a mandatory training on July 24 for their K-2 teachers. This Session 3 moved to Tuesday, July 25
  4. Tuesday, July 25, 2023 This Session 4 changed to Wednesday, July 26 - see note above.  
  5. Monday, November 6, 2023 - Bonus Day for AVMR 1 added on 8/25/23. Nikki Gearheart told Julie this date no longer works for them. Needs to be rescheduled. As of 11/10/23, Duff Allen had still nt given Julie a new date. As of 12/8/23 this session has still not been rescheduled. Per email from Julie on 3/19/23 this date was rescheduled to 6/10/24.   
AVMR 2 will meet during the 2023-24 school year
  1. Monday, November 27, 2023 RESCHEDULED TO TUESDAY, JUNE 11, 2024
  2. Tuesday, November 28, 2023 RESCHEDULED TO WENESDAY, JUNE 12, 2024 
  3. Wednesday, December 6, 2023 AS OF 3/27/24 STILL WAITING FOR NEW DATES FOR DAYS 3 & 4
  4. Thursday, December 7, 2023 
12/8/23: Caroline talked with Julie who said Duff Allen was unable to meet on the 4 dates above for AVMR 2. They need to be rescheduled. Julie has the 8 AVMR 2 kits and all the materials for the AVMR 1 Bonus Day. 

THEY ARE USING GRANT $ FOR THIS EVENT SO NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 28, 2024 OR GET APPROVAL FROM KDE TO FINISH IN THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR.
