WAIT LIST for KCM's 2023-24 "AVMR Course 1 Plus"

If you would like to be added to a wait list for the Kentucky Center for Mathematics 2023-24 course called "AVMR Course 1 Plus" please complete this form.

Should a spot open up in AVMR Course 1 Plus, we will contact people in the order they added themselves to the wait list. We will call the cell phone number provided and then send an email. You will have 24 hours from the time you are contacted about a spot before we will move on to the next person on the wait list.
