  • Participants must be able to participate in the live ZOOM meeting sessions and the in-person sessions during the dates and times listed below for this Richmond, KY cohort. Sessions are not recorded to be watched at a different time.
  • Teachers should not be working with their classroom students during the virtual sessions. If necessary, substitute teachers should be obtained to cover each participant's classroom during the virtual as well as the in-person sessions.
  • Before registering for this HYBRID cohort, confirm with your school and district that you will be allowed to participate in sessions with teachers from other schools and districts in-person. COVID-19 safety guidelines in place at the time of the in-person sessions will be followed - this includes mask wearing and social distancing.
  • For any teacher not allowed to - or not comfortable with - attending in-person sessions, The KCM is offering three cohorts of this course that will only meet virtually. Please register for one of those VIRTUAL cohorts instead of this HYBRID cohort.
  • 2021-22 MAF Teachers are required to complete all 8 half-day sessions and all 4 in-person sessions. If unable to attend any of the 12 sessions, 2021-22 MAF Teachers must contact the KCM to complete that session with a different cohort.
