Event Description
KCM's McCRACKEN COUNTY SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPPORT - HEATH ELEMENTARY

The KCM has contracted with McCracken County Schools to provide customized District Support for 2024-2025 for 4 of their schools; this event is for Heath Elementary.

Heath Elementary is located at 4365 Metropolis Lake Rd, West Paducah, KY 42086 

This event will record the attendees from Heath Elementary who attend this training with KCM Regional Lisa Riggs. 
(NOTE: KCM Regional Consultant Sumer Smith will facilitate Session #2 on 9/10/24)  

This event is a HYBRID event. Of the 8 sessions, 5 will meet in person at Heath Elementary and 3 will meet virtually via ZOOM. 
Session 1: Monday, July 22, 2024; 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Central. IN PERSON at Heath Elementary
Session 2: Tuesday, September 10, 2024; 1:00 - 2:30 pm Central. VIRTUAL via ZOOM (Fluency Assessment Training - separate Google Doc used by facilitator Sumer Smith for registrations. Attendees must submit a practice Fluency Assessment they did on a student to Sumer before they are given a KCM Fluency Assessment account.) 
Session 3: Wednesday, September 18, 2024; 1:00 - 2:00 pm Central.  VIRTUAL via ZOOM (Family Math)
Session 4: Wednesday, October 16, 2024; 1:00 - 2:00 pm Central. VIRTUAL via ZOOM (Family Math)
Session 5: Tuesday, October 22, 2024 - IN PERSON at Heath Elementary 
Session 6: Wednesday, November 6, 2024 - HALF-DAY, IN PERSON at Heath Elementary 
Session 7: Tuesday, January 28, 2025 - IN PERSON at Heath Elementary 
Session 8: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 - IN PERSON at Heath Elementary 

DAY 1 Materials kits by Grade: 
Kindergarten = 4 participants. Each participant gets 1 box. 
1st Grade = 4 participants. Each participant gets 1 box.
2nd Grade =  4 participants. Each participant gets 1 box. 
3rd Grade = 4 participants. Each participant gets 1 box. 
4th Grade = 1 participant. Each participant gets 1 box.   
5th Grade = 1 participant. Each participant gets 2 boxes.
SPED = 6 participants. Each participant gets 1 box. 
Total participants expected from Heath Elementary = 24
